I am a mom! I know the importance of safe, practical, and quality items for our most precious little ones. Every item you receive is personally inspected by us in our warehouse located in Texas. We check the size and our inspection assures that you receive exactly what you ordered in the size you ordered. We package your items with care and ship them directly to you.
We also have a return policy in your favor. Don't like it? Return it. We like to keep it simple around here, but most of all... we like to keep our customers overjoyed and coming back time and time again.

How long does shipping take?
We'll receive your order and process it within 1-2 days after purchase. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info. In stock items ship within 2 business days from Texas. Items not in stock typically take 3-6 weeks. Please allow additional time for custom orders. Timelines are outlined in each post, but generally custom orders take 6-12 weeks.
Please note that items that are ordered together, will ship together. If your order contains both in stock and pre-order items, your in stock items will be held and shipped once your pre-order comes in. To receive items as quick as possible, we recommend you order separately.

Your patience is appreciated. We are not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout. What is your return policy?
We FIRMLY stand behind our products.

We care a lot about repeat business, we will happily assist you in every step of the return process, should the need occur, to keep you entirely satisfied.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you receive we will offer you a zero hassle, store credit for the full amount minus a $3 restocking fee once you return the item, less any shipping fees.
Customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full credit, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
*Sale items as well as personalized items are not eligible for return.
*Certain items are not eligible for refund for hygienic reasons. Please see the following: Swimwear, beanies/winter hats, headbands, socks.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after we receive your return.
Here is a step by step of how we process returns. Return shipping is paid for by the buyer.
Here is how it works:
1. Receive your item.
2. Try it (without removing any tags).
3. If you love it then great! Otherwise go to step 4.
4. Send us an email within 7 days of receipt telling us you would like to return the item.
5. We will email you an authorization number and a return address. Item(s) must be received within 30 days of the original ship date.
6. Once we receive the item we will email you a discount code equivalent to the price paid minus a $3 restocking fee. Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
7. Use your discount code when checking out with your new item.
8. Repeat as needed until you find exactly what you love!
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of the purchase, as long as tracking information has not already been sent. Please choose your items carefully. If you are not sure about something, please contact us: theEnchantedWardrobe@outlook.com to confirm details prior to placing your order. Customers requesting an order cancellation outside of this timeframe will be permitted to receive store credit for their order and will be subject to a 60% restocking fee. Thank you for your understanding.
What payments do you offer?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We also offer interest free layaway by choosing Sezzle at checkout.
Is the order process and my personal information secure?
Yes! We use a highly secure payment gateway, provided by a merchant account services provider, located in the United States.
At the Enchanted Wardrobe, we keep to the highest industry standards for payment and processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.
What are the washing instructions?
Most of our items can be machine washed in a light cold cycle, such as delicate/hand wash cycle. We find they wash best when turned inside out. We recommend laying items flat to dry, to prolong the life of the clothes and keep them in tip top shape! Be sure to check the tags for any special washing instructions. Certain items with tassels, rhinestones, lace, etc should only be hand washed and laid flat to dry. Also, knitted items should be hand washed as well.
Does the Enchanted Wardrobe do any community outreach or charity work?Yes, the Enchanted Wardrobe is active in our community. We sponsor local events, education efforts, clothing and food drives, as well as environmental efforts from recycling to reforestation. You can see more about our commitment to giving back here. Sustainability is an integrated part of the way the Enchanted Wardrobe is doing business and is seen as a precondition for doing business.
